Several people have pointed out that the owner of these companies buries negative reviews under false positives. Approaches include: paying for/incentivizing reviews, having friends and family submit fake reviews, and pressuring people to leave reviews at the time of transaction before the company has to follow through on any of its business obligations (because that’s when things fall apart). There are standing accusations that one of the reasons the company changed its name from Premier Outdoor USA to Outdoor Dream Co is because they had accumulated so many negative reviews that became harder to bury. In changing their name, they were somehow able to wipe the slate clean on their old reviews and start over. What exists below is a screenshot of all negative reviews that were captured prior to the owner deleting them from Google plus the currently available negative reviews (work in progress) so that the owner cannot simply erase the record. These real people and their real experiences deserve to be heard.
